0.2.3

Swofty Launcher for F1 25 0.2.3 softens the offline play terms. The dialog and the docs now state what playing without EA AntiCheat means under EA's rules, without claims we cannot verify, and keep the boundary clear: modded sessions stay away from the online play EA AntiCheat protects.

Download it from Releases. The launcher offers each new release itself.

Offline play

  • The terms dialog no longer presents a red risk box. It states that playing without EA AntiCheat is outside EA's terms of service even offline, and that while we know of no action taken against players for offline modding, EA can still act on accounts under its terms. The earlier wording claimed EA can detect modified launch behaviour; that claim is gone rather than softened.
  • The Offline only section now says why multiplayer is unavailable: modded sessions stay away from the online play EA AntiCheat protects. Multiplayer remains unavailable and cannot be enabled.
  • The same wording is in the command line terms and in Launch, and the product is named consistently as the launcher and addons throughout.
  • Accepting the terms records consent against the exact wording. The wording changed in this release, so the launcher asks everyone to read and accept it once.
